Elf on the Shelf

Elf on the Shelf is a phenomenon at our house.
He arrived in 2011 for the first time.
We named him Morton.
He returned in early December 2012.
Leighton is obsessed.
So is mommy.

Here's a few of his locales this year.
Leighton has told me everyday since Christmas how much she misses him.
Me too.

Leighton = 4 years old

What?!  How is she 4 years old already? 

I am more in love with this little girl than I ever could have imagined in my entire life.

She is spunky and smart, witty and intelligent, sweet and loving.

She is my everything.
